We have tied up with shipping service aggregator, Shiprocket – both for domestic and for international. Which means we can dispatch shipments through a wide spectrum of their service providers depending on serviceability of your location, cost, speed, etc. We primarily would be using Delhivery and Ecom Express but, could also include Fedex, eKart, Xpressbees and Aramex to name a few.

In case the delivery address is remote then based on your request, we could dispatch via India Post.

We used to ship all our packages with India Post and have excellent relationship with the local administration. However, owing to a few unpleasant instances in other parts of the country and overseas, we had to discontinue shipping with them. We had to make this decision in the best interest of our customers. If you would like us to send your package through India Post, kindly mention the same in the note section and we will facilitate. By default, the packages will be sent via courier.

We send out dispatch details once your package is dispatched along with the tracking ID which you could use to track your shipment online. Our shipping costs are inclusive of packaging and postage costs.

We do not offer returns or exchanges as we promote conscious buying. We make our products with utmost care and pass them through stringent quality checks before they are sent out – but, if you do happen to receive a defect, we will be happy to correct that.
