Returns & Refund Policy

We take utmost care in making and packaging each order. There is a stringent quality check process that ensures that you receive nothing less than what’s promised and in the right condition. We also promote conscious consumerism and for that reason, do not encourage returns or refund unless the product delivered is a defect. In the event that you are in receipt of a defect:

  1. Within 24 hours of receiving the order, kindly send us pictures or proof of defect. You could either whatsapp the images to +919488156374 or e-mail to care@indianyards.in.
  2. The defective product will be replaced by dispatching within 24 hours from receiving the proof of defect.
